Subscription and Refund Policy
Effective and last updated: 2026-10-22
Payments are coming soon
Audio Converter Online lists Starter, Unlimited, and Max with monthly and yearly options. Payments are not live yet. Displayed plans describe the planned paid offering and do not confirm an active purchase or subscription. We do not offer a free AI plan or daily credit allowance. Browser format conversion remains free without an account.
Credits and usage
See the pricing page for current AI usage rates. Review your account balance and job details when checking usage. Each plan has a stated credit allocation; Unlimited is a plan name and does not mean unmetered AI use. Do not assume credits are transferable or redeemable for cash.
Future billing and cancellation
When payments become available, review the checkout details for price, currency, credit allocation, renewal date, and any expiration or rollover conditions before agreeing. Monthly and yearly options have different billing periods. No live renewal or cancellation process is promised while payments remain unavailable. Contact [email protected] about any existing billing record or cancellation request rather than assuming that closing your account cancels a charge.
Refund requests
Consumed credits are not refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Other refund requests are reviewed case by case through [email protected]. Explain what happened and include your account email, relevant job identifier, and any payment reference. Do not email card numbers, passwords, or sensitive recordings. We do not promise automatic refunds or a guaranteed outcome.
Failed or unexpected jobs
If processing fails, appears duplicated, or uses an unexpected number of credits, send support the job identifier and approximate time. We will review the record and determine whether a credit correction or another resolution is appropriate. Applicable mandatory consumer rights take precedence over this policy.
