AI Meeting Note Taker
Upload a meeting recording and the AI meeting note taker writes a transcript, summary, decisions and action items. Export TXT or Markdown notes.
This AI meeting note taker turns a recording of a meeting into notes you can share. Upload the audio or video file from your call, and the tool transcribes it, then writes a summary with the decisions taken and the action items assigned. Export the notes as TXT or Markdown together with the timestamped transcript. It works with recordings from Zoom, Google Meet, Teams or a phone, and never joins a live call.
From recording to meeting notes
Choose the recording on your device. The browser extracts the audio, splits it at pauses and uploads only the speech segments for transcription. When the transcript is ready, the AI meeting note taker sends it to a language model that writes a short overview, the decisions that were agreed, the action items with an owner and due date when they were stated, and the main discussion points with timestamps. You can review everything on the page before exporting.
Credits and limits
Transcription uses 2 credits per minute of detected speech, rounded up. The notes step uses 1 credit per 2,000 characters of transcript, with a minimum of 1 credit. A 30-minute meeting usually costs around 60 credits for the transcript plus 10 to 15 for the notes. Recordings with up to three hours of speech are supported; long recordings are uploaded in parts of about 13 minutes, and each part is rounded up to the next minute. If a step fails, its credits are refunded automatically.
Consent, privacy and accuracy
Record and upload meetings only with the knowledge of the participants and in line with your organisation's policies. The recording is processed by AI providers to create the transcript and notes. The model only reports what is in the transcript, but it can still misattribute a task or miss a condition, so check the action items with the people involved before sending them. Speaker names are not identified automatically; add them when you edit the notes.
